Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sunnyvale, California. This contract position requires someone who is detail-oriented, excels at managing multiple tasks efficiently, and maintains a high level of accuracy. The role involves supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Manage incoming calls, address inquiries, and redirect them as necessary.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update records.
- Handle receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors and ensuring a positive experience.
- Coordinate both inbound and outbound calls to support team operations.
- Utilize Microsoft Word to create and edit documents as needed.
- Operate and manage a multi-line phone system effectively.
- Organize schedules and appointments using Microsoft Outlook.
- Maintain and update calendars to ensure efficient time management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and team members.
Requirements :
Proven experience in answering inbound calls and managing multi-line phone systems.Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Familiarity with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook for document and schedule management.Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.Experience with calendar management and organizing schedules.Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
