Paralegal / Legal Assistant

Springfield, IL | Up to $60,000 / year | Full-Time

A highly respected Springfield law firm is looking for an experienced Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong legal secretary skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to support attorneys with accuracy and professionalism.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and copy trial exhibits
  • Schedule client calls and in-office meetings
  • Calendar court dates, deadlines, and trial events
  • Draft letters to clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
  • Provide general transcription and administrative support

What You'll Get
