We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in providing 24-hour therapeutic care for Residents with complex behavioral and mental health needs. In this role, you'll work side-by-side with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to support Residents on their journey toward greater stability, independence, and inclusion in the community.

Job Summary

The RBT is responsible to implement and adhere to structured behavioral plans, guidelines and interventions for the Residents living in a specialized Intense Behavioral Home. They help create a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment while embracing the values and mission of American Training, Inc., including dignity, respect, and WOW! Magic in every interaction.
