LHH Recruitment is partnering with a company in East Phoenix who is in search of a Purchasing Clerk to join their team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our daily operations by managing procurement activities, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies. This is a fully onsite position with a consistent weekday schedule, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. The hourly range is between $25 / hr-$27 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :

• Place purchase orders for materials, parts, and supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate pricing or terms as needed
• Track and follow up on open orders to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal departments on procurement needs
• Resolve discrepancies with orders, invoices, or deliveries
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of purchasing activities
