Key Responsibilities
Own all components of customer onboarding, including meetings and technical guidance
Assist customers with product configuration and provide best practices
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and escalation point for technical issues
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in systems administration with Microsoft Endpoint Management services
2+ years in a technical customer-facing or internal service role
Strong working knowledge of Windows desktop and server operating systems
Experience delivering training sessions to diverse audiences
Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation techniques
