Pay : Range starts at $16.50 / hour (pay is calculated based on years of related experience)

Shift Differential : additional $2.25 / hour when clocked in for 3+ hours between 11pm-7am

Retention Sign-on Bonus!

  • $2000 for Full-Time
  • $1,000 for Part-Time

Schedule : Mon-Fri, 11pm-7am

    Job Summary & Deliverables

    The Behavioral Health Technician assists the multi-disciplinary treatment team to provide therapeutic and daily living services and structure to clients within a modified therapeutic community. The BHT also supports the workflow of the milieu and assists with de-escalation and emotional regulation.

  • Models and teaches independent living skills
  • Interacts with clients, observes behaviors, and communicates significant observations to treatment team
  • Distributes medications and follows medication management procedures
  • Collects urine analysis screens
  • Performs routine room and living-area inspections
  • Completes and maintains required documentation

  • Driving positions require a minimum age of 21 and a current driver’s license
