Join our expanding team of retina specialists providing care at two Retina Centers of Excellence, each equipped with state-of-the-art technology. For over 20 years, the practice has provided exceptional vitreoretinal eye care to patients located in the greater southwest Florida area.

Highlights:

• High-volume, well-established retina practice with available volume starting day 1 (40-50 patients per day with growth potential) and a favorable payor mix.

• A whole dedicated team of work-up technicians, scribes, and diagnostic support

Compensation:

• Very competitive, guaranteed base salary plus bonus if production formula exceeds base salary

• After the initial guarantee, compensation is based on a production formula with a seven-figure potential.
