The successful applicant will be expected to deliver and deploy custom developed applications for clients, including prototyping, code development, modularization, unit testing, performance testing, configuration and defect management, and production deployment.

Successful applicants will have experience in the following areas :

• Leading teams through IT Strategy initiatives.
• Experienced working in enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, Siebel, Peoplesoft) environments
• Leading Testing efforts, including all phases : System, Integration, and Performance Testing and ensuring traceability.
• Experience with Middleware and / or SOA base implementations.

Requirements for the position :

A Bachelor's Degree, an advanced degree in the area of specialization, the ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments, strong oral and written communication skills including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint), strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment and an eagerness to mentor junior staff.
