A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations (Consumer Business).
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across products, customer lifecycle, and multiple acquisition channels
Drive high-impact growth initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring accountability for results
Own quarterly OKR planning and goal-setting processes, aligning teams on high ROI opportunities
Required Qualifications
5+ years of total experience, with 2+ years in management consulting or investment banking, and 2+ years in Strategy & Operations or similar roles
Proven track record of delivering results by owning and driving initiatives end-to-end
Ability to analyze complex problems and think strategically about implications and next steps
Strong understanding of cross-functional dynamics and ability to earn trust through results
Exceptional decision-making skills with a bias for action in fast-paced environments
