What is a "FLEX Officer"? The FLEX Officer reports directly to the FLEX Operations Supervisor and helps fill in at various sites. They are provided full time hours, but do not have a "home base" at one site. Our shifts are standardly 8-hour shifts, with some being 4, 6, 10, or 12 hours. Schedule : Flexible, changing week to week as needed at multiple sites. Must be available any day of the week! $20.00 / hr starting pay, full-time. Hiring for all shifts (flexible availability is required). No security experience necessary. Growth opportunity available. Valid driver's license required.

Our Security Officers work closely with our clients and client staff. The right candidate for this highly rewarding job will be professional, motivated, and ready to learn! Requirements include : strong customer service skills, professional appearance and demeanor, comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, must have a GED or high school diploma, walking / standing for long periods, flexible work availability, valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record, at least 18 years old, flexibility to travel to and work at multiple client sites in the Burlington area, ability to pass an onboarding check and obtain a VT Guard Card- we will assist you in applying for this after accepting an offer of employment!
