Pay : $17–$25 per hour, based on experience + Commission

As our HVAC Apprentice, you will also receive paid training, most tools provided, a company vehicle (based on experience), and company outings and lunches.

YOUR HOURS :

8 am–5 pm, Monday through Friday, shifts vary, but will be within business hours.

WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS :

Each morning, you will dispatch directly from your home to your first job site, setting the stage for a dynamic and hands-on day. You will assist lead installers with residential and light commercial heating and cooling system installations, where you will tackle everything from system setup and equipment placement to material preparation and ensuring a professional site cleanup. As your experience grows, you will also support service technicians by gaining valuable exposure to diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs, always adhering strictly to company safety and quality standards. You constantly demonstrate an initiative to build your technical knowledge through dedicated on-the-job training, manufacturer courses, and mentorship, always maintaining spotless job site organization, vehicle cleanliness, and representing Family Heating & Cooling with the highest level of professionalism, honesty, and courtesy to our valued customers.
