Patriot Towing & Transport,a 24hr service company located at 58 N Donnerville Rd, Mountville, Pa 17554 is seeking an automotive / equipment transport technician who is dedicated to the towing industry lifestyle (similar to fire department operations). Preferably someone who has towing experience but if not, someone who is extremely dedicated to learn all facets of the industry. Must be a reliable team player with extreme willingness to serve wherever and whenever needed. As a Towing Technician, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently towing and transporting vehicles and equipment to designated locations.

Main Responsibilities :

• Towing and Transport operations
• Truck Maintenance
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while loading, securing, and unloading vehicles and equipment
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of vehicles
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck to ensure it is in safe working condition
• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records of all tows and transports
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner at all times
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the tow truck
• Perform basic maintenance and upkeep of the tow truck as needed
• Merit increases are available and dependent on value to the community, customers, and company.
• Ability to take assignments after hours and on weekends as needed by the community.
