Conduct regular health assessments, diagnose and treat common illnesses, and manage chronic conditions. Actively participate in practice quality improvement programs and evaluate practice performance metrics. Flexible schedule options! (3x12 hour shifts, or 4-10s or 5-8s) 2 patients per hour seen Working in a team of 4-8 other providers

Quaint small town of 45,000 people, excellent restaurants, a symphony orchestra, great live music. The city has put a lot of money into revitalizing downtown. Community of 120,000 people is nestled in NW Ohio surrounded by beautiful parks and lakes. We have two very large lakes within 45 minutes, two world known amusement parks within 2 hours (Kings Island and Cedar Point).
