We currently have an opportunity for a Client Service Associate to join our Retirement and Private Wealth team in our McLean VA office.

The selected individual will be responsible for preparing client reviews and providing administrative support to the advisors to ensure our clients experience outstanding service. The successful candidate must be a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities :

• Maintain insurance licenses and manage carrier appointments for brokers in the McLean office
• Assist in preparing client reviews for the investment side of the business including :

Gathering reporting information and composing internal Excel review

On New Business : Obtain quotes

Handle billing reminders

The expected salary range for this position is $28.21 to $35.90 hourly and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
