Director of Credentialing

A company is looking for a Director, Credentialing.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the operations of the Onboarding, Credentialing, Licensing, and Enrollment Department for multi-specialty providers

Develop and train staff on policies, procedures, and workflows to support daily operations

Manage Credentialing Committee and ensure compliance with Delegation requirements

Required Qualifications

At least seven years of experience as a Credentialing, Licensing, and / or Enrollment Specialist

At least five years of experience managing a team of five or more members

Experience with Verifiable and Athena systems

Knowledge of Licensure and Medicaid guidelines across multiple markets

Strong organizational skills
