Position Summary : Looking for a part time person to work from 6-9am and then again from 2pm-5pm. Tuesdays, and Thursdays. and 7am-5pm on Wednesdays.

Essential Job Functions : Supports physical therapy care by preparing treatment areas, patients, and equipment. Prepares patients for physical therapy treatment by welcoming, comforting, providing and / or assisting patient into physical therapy room. Provides information to patients by answering questions and requests and allaying fears. Helps treat patients by applying heat packs and performing prescribed exercises and strengthening techniques. Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Maintains safe and clean working environment. Provides equipment and supplies by sterilizing and delivering equipment and supplies to treatment area and positioning equipment for therapist access. Maintains physical therapy supply inventory by checking and stocking the physical therapy room and consultation rooms.

Qualifications : High school diploma or GED. Completion of a college level anatomy course (preferred). Prior physical therapy experience is a plus. Willingness to adhere to HIPAA regulations and protect patients' privacy. Attention to detail, good communication skills, punctual, and ability to multi-task. Compassionate and empathetic towards patients. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus

Hours : 6 : 00-9 : 00am and then again from 2 : 00 - 5 : 00pm. Tuesdays, and Thursdays. and 7 : 00am-5 : 00pm on Wednesdays.
