Clinical Nurse III : Hematology / Oncology - Weekend Days

As a Clinical Nurse III, you will play an essential role in assessing, coordinating, and delivering high-quality patient care throughout their healthcare journey. Your expertise and compassionate approach will guide patients and their families during treatment and beyond.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, and perform necessary treatments and procedures with precision.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to comprehensively assess patient conditions.
• Monitor and assess patient needs, ensuring appropriate responses and adjustments in care.
• Make sound clinical judgments to enhance patient care management.
• Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care.
• Direct and mentor ancillary personnel while upholding nursing standards.
