Description
Pipeworks Studios is seeking an experienced, intermediate to senior Live Designer II to help drive the ongoing evolution of Prominence Poker, our stylish free-to-play poker experience built for console and PC. This designer will focus on economy balance, monetization design, live events, and data-informed iteration to keep players engaged and rewarded over the long term.
The ideal candidate combines creative systems thinking with strong analytical instincts, capable of turning player behavior insights into actionable design improvements. This role sits at the intersection of design, product, and analytics, ensuring that live systems feel fair, rewarding, and financially sustainable.
You'll work with a multidisciplinary team to design and tune live features, seasonal events, and store content that reinforce the core poker fantasy while supporting healthy long-term retention.
