Remote - ABAP Developer

Job Title : ABAP Developer (Clean Core / RAP / Cloud ABAP / CDS Views) Location : Fully Remote Role Type : Hands-on Developer (No Consultant / No Tech Lead) Key Responsibilities : Build and enhance applications using modern ABAP, RAP, and Cloud ABAP. Develop advanced CDS Views, perform SQL modeling, and optimize performance on S / 4HANA. Create and maintain OData services, backend logic, and CDS annotations for Fiori / RAP apps. Follow Clean Core principles, ensuring all work is upgrade-safe and extension-friendly. Write clean, efficient, and testable code using the latest ABAP features. Debug issues, fix defects, and improve existing custom developments. Work closely with functional teams but remain focused on pure hands-on coding. Support cloud-ready development on SAP BTP ABAP Environment when needed. Qualifications : 6 12+ years of strong hands-on experience in ABAP development. Deep knowledge of : ABAP OO RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model) Cloud ABAP CDS Views (Analytical, Hierarchical, Basic) AMDP / ABAP on HANA OData and backend logic for Fiori Strong debugging and performance tuning skills. Solid understanding of S / 4HANA data structures and modern development standards. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
