Qualifications:

- Prior experience in debt collection not needed but customer service experience or a related field is preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
