Seeking fearless Senior Experiential Marketer + Producer for an Experiential Marketing Agency in Dallas / Fort Worth, TX. (Hybrid)

Position Summary

In this role, you'll be responsible for leading client projects from idea to execution across a variety of industries. You'll work closely with our Director of Experiential Marketing and Production as well as our cross functional teams to bring event experiences to life. Domestic travel is required in this role.

Objectives

You'll develop new relationships with corporate clients that result in dynamic events and activations. We expect clients to rave that you understand their needs and successfully connect them to our team of experts to help them achieve their marketing activation goals. They will notice that you are proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, accessible, and professional.

You'll engage in marketing and event execution activities such as :

• Working with our strategy team to Identifying potential experiential strategies that lead to achieving our client's business goals and needs
• Partnering with our strategy, design, and development teams that create winning outcomes for clients
• Building comprehensive client proposals that illustrate ideas and concepts, for ideation through execution, including reaching KPIs
• Creating a plan to achieve the client's experiential goals on time and on budget, every time
• Leading weekly internal and external meetings to ensure projects progress with ease and efficiency
• Identifying areas of concern, before they happen, and creating a solution-focused plan to resolve them
• Managing the client budget, creating and updating the client cadence report and conducting weekly client budget reviews
• Developing and maintaining client relationships that result in good rapport, trust and ongoing engagements
• Identifying, securing and negotiating contracts with vendors that can execute on the strategy and experiential vision. Manage the vendors across all phases of the activations to ensure a winning outcome
• Collaborating with our cross functional teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
• Becoming a subject matter expert on our processes and operations so that you deliver on our client promise
• We expect your efforts to create positive testimonials from clients that result in renewed contracts and new project opportunities. Your role will be vital to our long-term success

You'll work closely with our Director of Experiential Marketing and Production as well as cross functional teams, to collectively deliver proposals and concepts that impress our clients and deliver results. Your role is integral to fostering client relationships that expand our business with our customers.

Physical Requirements

You will spend prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. When onsite you will spend prolonged hours standing. Some physical labor is required for onsite production. This position requires travel up to 50% of the time.

Compensation

$70,000 to $90,000 compensation range, based on experience

3% matching SIMPLE IRA

Health Insurance (50 / 50 - split employee / employer)

Unlimited PTO, after 6 months of employment

Up to $2500 in reimbursement for Continuing Education, with CEO approval
