Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage their inquiries
Provide training and onboarding for new clients on platform use
Identify and resolve platform issues while ensuring a positive client experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
1 year in a publishing-related role
1 year of customer service experience
Proficient in at least one major online peer review system
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a global remote team
