Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop effective care plans. Educate staff on best practices in patient care and medical terminology. Conduct assessments of healthcare facilities to identify areas for improvement. Stay updated on current trends in healthcare regulations and policies. Assist in training programs related to anatomy, physiology, and patient care. Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. Experience in medical documentation and record keeping. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality practices. Previous experience in a consulting role or similar position is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
