Erie, PA – Full- and Part-time, Non-Exempt; Days, Evenings and Nights

Starting pay : $31.00 per hour

The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for coordinating and supporting the individualized service plans for community residents. The role supervises, and provides leadership and direction to, community team members to ensure quality of care and services are provided.
