A smaller community hospital located near Virginia, Minnesota is seeking a full-time, Nurse Manager to join their team!
The Nurse Manager Opportunity :
- Full-time, direct hire position
- Monday to Friday schedule, 8 hour shifts
- Great nursing leadership and administration team!
- The Nurse Manager ensures high-quality care by managing a skilled department, having a high understanding of nursing principles, and following policies and regulations with an understanding of compliance in regard to the various patient stay statues. Key responsibilities include fostering teamwork, promoting effective communication, and maintaining safety and patient confidentiality in a professional manner.
