[job_card.job_description]Post-operative craniotomies and spine surgeries Patients with strokes as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program Providing cutting-edge care with the latest neurosurgical techniques Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care. Apply skilled communication and critical thinking to support optimal outcomes. Assess and implement individualized interventions while evaluating care effectiveness. Recognize significant changes in patients and adjust care plans accordingly. Promote patient safety and implement teaching strategies for patients and families. Coordinate discharge planning and collaborate with the healthcare team for patient-centered care. Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice and BLS certification. Completion of an accredited nursing program. Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience. Proficient in electronic medical records and excellent communication skills.

Shift : 3rd Shift, Full-time, 36 hours per week
Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25
