Key Responsibilities
Administer and optimize the HubSpot suite, including workflows, reporting, and data quality
Track and report on marketing KPIs, translating data into actionable insights for campaign strategy
Collaborate with various teams to execute integrated campaigns and ensure data governance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5-7 years of B2B SaaS marketing operations or revenue operations experience
Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows and reporting
Experience with technical tasks such as REST APIs and HTML / CSS
Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with data visualization tools
