Lead and mentor the clinical team. Ensure efficient treatment planning and timely patient care. Own your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Promote referrals and reviews from patients. Passion for providing high-quality patient care Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong leadership and communication skills. Team player with a positive attitude Show respect and kindness to your team. Maintain efficient and on-time treatment schedules. Be accountable for your KPIs Lead the clinical team with professionalism and expertise. Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
