Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic development and execution of go-to-market and product marketing initiatives
Develop tailored GTM strategies for priority verticals and coordinate with various teams for alignment
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness and conversion
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in contact center, SaaS, or BPO environments
Proven success in launching vertical-specific campaigns and managing cross-functional GTM motions
Strong understanding of buyer journeys and persona development
Ability to navigate ambiguity and scale programs in fast-paced environments
