Merchandising Project Manager

A company is looking for a Merchandising Project Manager to support merchandising processes for a beauty client.

Key Responsibilities :

Execute merchandise planning and mapping for stores and manage the coordinated database for collateral purchasing

Support the implementation of merchant strategies and rebranding initiatives to enhance store performance

Maintain master databases and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of store enhancements

Required Qualifications :

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, focusing on Merchandising, Operations, or a related field

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are essential

Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities under tight deadlines

Working knowledge of capital expenditure budgets and sales-driving opportunities

Ability to engage with various levels of the organization and manage ambiguity effectively
