As we scale, we’re seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead key commercial activities and drive strategic improvements across our global sales process. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role with visibility across sales, analytics, and cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead generation ownership – spearhead and manage all lead generation efforts across the commercial organization
- Leverage data and market insights to identify opportunities and route leads through CRM systems to appropriate sales leaders
- Develop and standardize reporting frameworks to track sales metrics, opportunity conversion, and overall pipeline performance
- Prepare executive-level reports detailing lead and sales pipeline activity, presenting to senior leadership on a regular cadence
- Oversee the implementation of new sales tools and CRM platforms, including team training and adoption strategy
- Partner with operational and program teams to ensure alignment between sales activity and customer delivery timelines
- Drive adoption of a new, global pipeline structure to increase sales efficiency and consistency across business units
- Promote a customer-focused culture within commercial operations and beyond
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, commercial management, or outside sales within a B2B aerospace or industrial environment
- Expertise working with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and cross-functional teams in a global organization
- Proven ability to translate data into action and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders
