About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer (PE) to serve as a Project Manager for civil / site development and infrastructure projects in the Indianapolis area. This position offers the opportunity to lead projects from concept through completion, manage client relationships, and oversee technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and deliver civil engineering projects, including site design, grading, utilities, drainage, and roadway improvements.

Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.

Lead and mentor junior engineers, designers, and technical staff.

Prepare, review, and stamp engineering plans, specifications, and reports.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and permitting agencies.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company quality standards.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).

Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana.

6+ years of civil engineering experience, including project management.

Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead project teams.

Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
