Position Summary

Performs various activities regarding electrocardiograms on patients requiring continual cardiac monitoring. Responsible for the set-up of telemetry on physician orders by ensuring proper placement of electrodes, running strips, and replacing batteries as needed.

Experience : Previous experience as Patient Care Tech, Medical Assistant, Monitor Tech or Monitor Tech Trainee. or equivalent.

Experience : One (1) year experience as Patient Care Tech, Medical Assistant, Monitor Tech, Monitor Tech Trainee in an acute healthcare setting.
