We are recruiting on behalf of a U.S.-based lifestyle and fashion brand for a strategic yet hands-on finance and operations professional who will own the company's financial visibility, bookkeeping accuracy, and reporting cadence. This person bridges finance, data analysis, and operational execution ensuring the company runs smoothly, profitably, and predictably as they scale. The ideal candidate has strong accounting fundamentals, QuickBooks Online bookkeeping experience, and the ability to build automated dashboards and reports that drive clarity across departments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online; ensure accurate bookkeeping and monthly close.
- Manage AR / AP, journal entries, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly reports on revenue, margin, and profit by channel (Retail, D2C, B2B).
- Conduct inventory accounting, including landed cost, duty, and freight allocation.
- Maintain the Pricing Master Sheet (MSRP, wholesale, and MAP tiers). Lead the 12-month rolling forecast, budgeting, and cash flow projections.
- Automate dashboards between QuickBooks, Shopify, and Google Sheets.
- Partner with Operations & Logistics on freight planning and inventory valuation.
- Support grant applications and compliance documentation with accurate financial data.
