Overview
Associate Dean of Dual Enrollment and Professional Programs. This 12-month administrative faculty role is seated at the Middletown campus with flexibility to work from other college sites. The position reports to the Dean of Early College and High School Partnerships and is responsible for onboarding, oversight, support, professional development, and evaluation of dual enrollment and adjunct faculty within the School of Professional Programs. The role serves as an operational liaison for the Office of Early College within the Laurel Ridge Service Region, building and maintaining relationships with high school teachers, counselors, and principals. The Associate Dean will help ensure dual enrollment courses are high quality and that students master learning outcomes at levels comparable to on-campus peers, while expanding pathways for high school students and graduates in Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs.

The position offers a salary range of $78,300.00 $100,000.00 per year, commensurate with education and experience. It is an administrative role eligible for the benefits package offered by the Commonwealth of Virginia for state agencies and the Virginia Community College System.
