Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to the sales team
Support daily sales activities and ensure consistent messaging and follow-up standards
Review and report sales metrics and own forecasting and pipeline accuracy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
6+ years in B2B or SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in sales leadership
Proven record of building and coaching successful sales teams
Familiarity with SMB, franchise, or multi-location sales environments
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM for reporting and pipeline management
