Job Summary
:In this role, you will plan, develop, and review electrical engineering design work, produce drawings and documentation, and prepare design estimates for a project. You will coordinate with clients, facilitate technical discussions, and review key electrical drawings, calculations, and bid summaries. You will solve complex technical issues and ensure electrical designs comply with all regulations and standards.
This position is designated as hybrid per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership. #LI-HB1

Basic Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.Minimum Qualifications:
Lead designer or supervisory experience. Proficient experience in Microsoft Office Suite programs. Extensive knowledge & application of NEC code and ANSI/IEEE Standards. Experience in nuclear power plant design. Must have proven 2D CADD and 3D skills. Must have experience with an electronic Cable Management System, such as the SETROUTE program, and be able to input and complete corrections to the database. Must be able to effectively communicate, and work well with others and within a team. Must be able to collaborate well with other disciplines. Ability to cope with conflicting deadlines, frequent interruptions, and multiple tasks. Excellent oral & written communications skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on use or classes using in a 3D electrical model design platform and electrical 2D design. Previous supervisory experience. Previous Bechtel and/or DOD or DOE project experience.Total Rewards/Benefits:
