Our platform empowers clinicians, educators, and school districts with streamlined, intuitive tools that improve compliance, reduce administrative burden, and enhance client and student outcomes.

We are expanding our sales team and seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives in a start-up environment and wants to be part of a mission-driven company that makes a difference.

Position Summary

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building relationships with prospective customers, and driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience selling SaaS products, a proven record of success in start-up or high-growth environments, and the ability to connect with both private providers and school districts/SLED markets.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who loves outreach, thrives on exceeding goals, and has the confidence and professionalism to represent a fast-scaling SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking to generate qualified leads.

· Research and identify key decision-makers in ABA agencies, school districts, and educational organizations.

· Present ATrack’s value proposition clearly and effectively, adapting messaging for clinical providers vs. school-based decision-makers.

· Work closely with leadership to hand off qualified opportunities and contribute to closing business.

· Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies.

· Maintain accurate records in Salesforce to track pipeline progress and KPIs.

· Contribute ideas and feedback to improve sales processes in a start-up environment.

Qualifications

· 1–3 years of experience in SaaS sales or business development (required).

· Experience selling into healthcare, school districts, SLED, or educational services markets strongly preferred.

· Comfortable working in a start-up or high-growth company, adaptable, resourceful, and entrepreneurial.

· Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and outreach KPIs.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
