Harris & Harris is seeking motivated full time Customer Care Representatives to aid our customers in finding solutions for their past due toll accounts.

Location : Remote

Salary : $15.00 / hour, $16.00 / hour for Spanish Bilingual Candidates

Schedule : Must be available Monday through Friday 8 : 00am to 6 : 00pm CST

Responsibilities :

The Customer Care Representative will work across several platforms to support customers in setting up payment plans, document account issues, and assist with offering long term solutions to lower the amount due.

Advanced computer skills are required for success in this role.
