HM Staffing is seeking a skilled and reliable Millwright to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, experience working in industrial settings, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities :

Install, assemble, and dismantle industrial machinery and equipment

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Align, level, and anchor machinery

Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs

Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and precision measuring instruments

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Millwright or similar mechanical role

Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and mechanical systems

Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings

Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, and motors preferred

Welding and fabrication experience a plus

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments

Requirements :

Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation

Ability to pass background check and drug screening (if required)
