- We believe in rewarding great performance right away. New hires can earn a monthly incentive during their first six months — based on miles driven and safe driving.
- Truck Driver Top Pay and Benefits :
- Pay Range :
- $0.75 CPM – $0.80 CPM
- [Monthly Mileage bonus – .02cpm to .05 – the more you run the more you earn!]()

- We also pay for Transportation, Motel (single), and Meals while in Orientation
- Truck Driver Requirements :
- Minimum Age of 21
- Must have a Valid CDL-A Commercial Driver’s License
- Must have 6 months of experience
- Must Pass DOT Physical and Drug Screen
- Safe Driving Record (no serious violations or patterns of irresponsible driving)
