About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the execution of operational strategy and the overall efficiency of the business. The COO will be responsible for driving the implementation of company goals, streamlining operations, and optimizing processes to enhance productivity. This role requires a leader with a strong focus on the growth of people, clients, and the company, who can empower and lead teams, and is passionate about a customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and 5-10 years of experience in operations management, including strategic planning. Experience with the EOS framework and a proven track record of leading and managing teams effectively are highly desirable.
