Our firm specializes in Government representation, Business representation and Litigation Defense. Key practice areas include Local Government Law, Public Finance / Economic Development, Commerical Real Estate, Trusts & Estates, Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Labor & Employment Counseling & Litigation on the management side, Tax, Cybersecurity & Data Privacy, Business Litigation, Complex Litigation Defense, White Collar Criminal Defense and Construction Litigation.

Job Requirements :

• JD from an ABA approved law school
• Active license to practice law in VA and / or NC
• Entrepreneurial drive and desire to build client base
