Agency Bill Specialist

A company is looking for an Agency Bill Specialist, responsible for financial operations and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and manage accounting transactions within the AMS system, including client payments and reconciliations

Communicate discrepancies between carrier / broker invoices and ensure timely payments to avoid policy lapses

Monitor client receivable accounts and maintain accurate accounting records and documentation

Required Qualifications, Training and Education

Experience in property and casualty insurance brokerage operations preferred

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work effectively across multiple internal functional groups
