This role bridges customer support, financial analysis, and data management to ensure a seamless customer experience, drive business decisions, and improve operational efficiency. Job Duties

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Manage and analyze data mining and data consolidation projects on sales trends across multiple industry segments, including market types, regions, and product categories.
• Provide accurate and timely financial and operational reporting to support internal teams and external customers.
• Assist the sales department with sales reporting and market trend analysis to help create and track important market KPI's.
• Identify recurring issues or systemic trends that impact customer satisfaction or product performance.
• Automate recurring reports and improve data workflows for greater efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, logistics, and manufacturing to resolve customer issues and streamline processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and demand forecasts to support supply chain and logistics planning.
• Communicate customer requests and necessary SAP revisions to the order entry team and ensure orders are entered correctly in SAP.
