Senior Litigation Attorney

Lasater & Martin, P.C., a respected civil litigation defense firm, is seeking a talented and experienced litigation attorney with

• 510 years
• of insurance defense experience to join our growing Texas office in Las Colinas. Our firm handles a broad range of insurance defense and civil litigation matters, including product liability, premises liability, commercial auto, construction defect, dram shop, workplace injury, and general negligence cases. A hybrid work arrangement is an option depending on level of experience.
• We are looking for someone who is :
• A strong litigator with experience managing cases from inception through resolution or trial.
• A quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable making independent decisions and exercising excellent judgment.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized in written and oral advocacy.

Job Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.

Minimum 5 years of insurance defense litigation experience.

Strong oral advocacy, persuasive writing, and analytical skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases with minimal supervision.

Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to professionalism and client service.
