Base pay range

$200,000.00 / yr - $240,000.00 / yr

We are an emerging biotech dedicated to developing novel biologic therapies for serious respiratory and inflammatory conditions. Our lead program targets complex lung disorders, and we're actively expanding into areas such as chronic respiratory disease, acute pulmonary syndromes, infectious lung conditions, and inflammatory joint disorders.

Position Summary

We are seeking an early‑career Medical Director (MD) to join our team. This is a hands‑on role in clinical development and operations, supporting the design, execution, and oversight of clinical trials for our lead program and future pipeline assets. If you're passionate about clinical innovation and want to build a career trajectory toward CMO‑level leadership, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide medical and scientific oversight for clinical trials.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Safety teams to ensure GCP and regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to protocol development, investigator brochures, and clinical study reports.
  • Review and interpret clinical data; assist in safety monitoring and medical review.
  • Support interactions with investigators, KOLs, and regulatory authorities.
  • Participate in cross‑functional team meetings and provide medical input on strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • MD degree (required) with U.S. medical licensure.
  • Early‑career physician with interest in clinical development; prior industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong understanding of respiratory diseases or neonatal care preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, GA (no relocation package).
  • Bonus : Up to 20% based on performance.
