As an Operator Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting individuals small teams or departments within an office including : -Document editing proofing formatting and production -Data entry and paper / electronic document filing / archiving -Scheduling / coordinating meetings diaries and travel arrangements -Receiving / relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources -Handling confidential business and personnel information. This is an on-site role in our Fort Worth Texas this role a typical day will include :

  • Responsible for issuing and processing Purchase Orders for Brand Managers and assisting them in daily activities per our established internal process.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Purchase Orders (POs) and Invoices system and process including end-to-end ownership of system design maintenance and project management of it
  • Communicate effectively with Directors and Managers on business related matters.
  • Follow up on tasks and update stakeholders on progress.
  • Effective problem solving finding the right resources to quickly solve issues.
  • Processing expense reports for Directors.
  • Manage office operations including scheduling meetings handling correspondence and maintaining filing systems.
  • Prepare reports presentations and documentation as required by management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements expense reports and logistics for staff and visitors.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
  • Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding maintaining employee records and coordinating training sessions.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support finance team with invoice processing and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

What Youll Bring to Alcon :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to fluently read write understand and communicate in English
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Being able to effectively use MS Office Suite and M365 Power Platform Tools
