Job Title : Machine Operator

Overview : Malone is seeking Machine Operators for 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift in Vista, CA. These temp-to-hire positions offer competitive pay rates :

1st shift : 7 : 00AM-3 : 30PM with overtime on Saturdays, pay rate $16.50

2nd shift : 3 : 30PM-11 : 59PM, pay rate $16.50

3rd shift : 11 : 59PM-7 : 00AM, pay rate $21.50

As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process by loading, unloading, and utilizing various tools to ensure product quality. If you have experience in a manufacturing environment and are ready to contribute your skills to a dynamic team, this opportunity is for you.

Required Skills :

Experience in a manufacturing environment

Ability to lift up to 15 pounds

Proficiency in using pneumatic tools

Basic measurement skills

Strong attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills :

Familiarity with t-wrench for quick checks

Prior experience with light housekeeping in a work setting

Preferred Education and Experience :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in machine operations or similar roles

Other Requirements :

Ability to work varying shifts, including overtime as needed

Standing for the duration of an 8-hour shift

Fluency in English is not required

Commitment to maintaining a clean workstation
