Weekend Shift: Saturday - 12 pm - 6pm

Provide personal care, companionship, and other services to help people feel at home in their home.

Responsibilities

Personal care: Help with bathing, dressing, shaving, oral hygiene, and mobility
Meal preparation: Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration
Medication management: Administer medication as directed by a physician
Transportation: Arrange transportation to appointments and other outings
Housekeeping: Perform tasks like laundry, washing dishes, and vacuuming
Schedule organization: Help organize a client's schedule and plan appointments
Health monitoring: Monitor health and wellbeing, and report any changes
Behavior assessments: Develop assessments to analyze a patient's progress
